As Chief Executive Officer of IntelliTrans, Chad Raube brings more than 30 years of experience leading technology-enabled software and service organizations through growth and transformation. Since joining IntelliTrans in 2023, he has led the company's strategic evolution from its rail heritage into a multimodal, AI-enabled platform serving bulk and break-bulk shippers across North America. Known for building high-performing teams, developing breakthrough strategies, and inspiring people to deliver results that make a lasting impact on customers and communities.
Before joining IntelliTrans, Chad served as President and CEO of Info-Pro, a fintech software provider, where he guided the company from a regional provider to a nationally recognized leader with a reputation for innovation, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Earlier in his career, Chad was an original partner at Dawn Capital, a leading SaaS venture capital firm, where he worked with portfolio companies to transform their growth trajectories, including investments in supply chain technology. At Virgin Media, he launched and scaled the internet business unit from the ground up, capturing 70% market share and scaling revenue from zero to over $400M in four years. His experience also includes global executive roles at Corning and Comcast, and board service with several software and technology companies.
