As Vice President of Customer Success & Support, Blake Ezell leads teams focused on building strong customer relationships and ensuring every client realizes the full value of IntelliTrans’ solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain technology, Blake combines analytical insight with a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver results that drive long-term success. His leadership helps ensure every customer experience reflects IntelliTrans’ commitment to reliability, partnership, and measurable results.

Before rejoining IntelliTrans, Blake led rail transportation optimization and terminal development at Valero Marketing and Refining, where he managed large-scale initiatives that improved network performance and asset utilization. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior sales executive at Kansas City Southern Railway, overseeing commercial operations across the Southeast United States, and held roles in data analytics and account management at Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals.

Blake is known for his consultative leadership style and his ability to connect data-driven strategy with real-world customer impact. He is passionate about helping teams and clients grow through collaboration, continuous learning, and shared success.
