Service Level III. Proactive Monitoring
IntelliTrans Proactive Monitoring package includes all of the services provided in the Transit Data and ETA packages, plus more... An on-site Account Manager, available within 30 days of service agreement with IntelliTrans. Additional Traffic Control Managers for traffic events and patterns. IntelliTrans Traffic Control Managers will pro-actively monitor shipments to not only establish the movement status but to also ensure that each delayed shipments is positioned to resume the trip. - IntelliTrans Traffic Control Managers interact with carriers to maintain up-to-date status on all shipments and intervene on all shipments in an exception status. Exception status includes bad orders, delayed and priority shipments as specified by each customer. Notification of shipments with billing problems and mis-routes. A web-based viewing and reporting tool with: - Broad querying capabilities, including the ability to query by waybill, transit/status information, Specific product and order information, Account Representative, order promise date, etc. - Twenty-four hour access to on-line reports, including: - Jeopardized car report with direct links to car details - Activity Summary of current trips - Transit Standard by lane or carrier - Statistical lane analysis to evaluate historical lane performance - Ad hoc reporting on current and historical movements - Web functionality to integrate specific fields such as Required Delivery Date (RDD) and Account Rep. ID Fleet ID, Sales Order Number, etc. |
