| IntelliTrans Acquires RADSS Technologies, Inc. |
ATLANTA, GA, August 18, 2003 – IntelliTrans, LLC (“IntelliTrans”), a leading provider of inventory visibility solutions, ERP solutions and in-transit management services, announced today that it has acquired the assets of RADSS Technologies, Inc. (“Radss”), a Calgary, Alberta company specializing in supply-chain performance management software, artificial intelligence and internet-based solutions for bulk commodity transportation. IntelliTrans, already the leader in commercial and military visibility services, monitoring over 100,000 railcars per day in North America, will expand its product line and customer base through the acquisition. The expansion will result in increased volume of railcars tracked and managed. Richard M.
