| IntelliTrans Acquires Joseph Transportation’s Fleet Management and Tracking Services Unit |
ATLANTA, GA, December 1 2002 – IntelliTrans, LLC (“IntelliTrans”) announced today that it has acquired certain assets of the Fleet Management and Rail Tracking Services Unit of Joseph Transportation, Inc. a Unit of The David J. Joseph Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. IntelliTrans, already the leader in commercial and
military railcar tracking monitoring over 100,000 railcars per day in
North America, will expand its business through the acquisition. The expansion will result in increased volume of
railcars tracked and managed, and also will expand the IntelliTrans market
presence within the chemical industries. Richard M. Gerstein, CEO of IntelliTrans said
