Purpose
Create a uniform, industry driven, rail car distribution system that will provide
a more fluid and consistent rail network, allowing the forest products industry
to leverage the economic advantages of shipping more freight by rail.

Objectives
–Simplify and provide a common platform for the Railroad/Supply Chain interface
–Improve Railcar revenue by two loaded moves per year
–Improve consistency of loaded transit times

Goals
–Completed Turns – Improve turn times over Control fleet by 2 trips on an annual basis
–On Time – 90%
–Common Web Interface
