IntelliTrans incorporates Fleet Management into its product offering as a method of
totally controlling the sizing, movement, distribution, and management of the entire fleet process.

IFM (IntelliTrans Fleet Management) allows the user to determine the correct size for the fleet.
It is based on using accurate transit standards from the Rail Tracking System,
projected movements from the Customer, and capabilities of the railcars.
It also allows for quick adjustments as any of these elements change.

IFM also manages the fleet lease contracts for compliance, release dates, and cost.
The entire maintenance process is captured as well as the time the cars spend in the rail car shops.
This feature allows you to assess the shop process and determine optimum service and cost levels.

The car number tracks maintenance, and with the standard analytical tools you can view the entire fleet or single cars.
Federal compliance is monitored for each item that requires checking or replacement to insure the items are completed at the correct times. This all combines to insure the fleet will operate at its maximum levels in both utilization and cost of operation. IFM also offers customized reporting features along with its standard reports that can be designed for specific needs.
